Returns and refund policy
At Milo’s Bakeshop, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our items, our returns and refunds policy includes certain restrictions.
1. RETURNS
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
2. REFUNDS
Refunds or store credit may be offered in the following cases:
Damaged or spoiled product: If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Supporting evidence (photos or videos) will be required.
Incorrect order: If you receive the wrong order, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Undelivered order: If your order is not delivered due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement order at no additional cost.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
If your case meets any of the above conditions, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing miloscookies1@gmail.com or calling +1 321-466-1397.
2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence (photos or videos).
3. We will review your request and notify you of our decision.
4. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
4. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, resulting in a failed delivery.
The product has been fully or partially consumed.
The issue is not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Delays caused by third parties (shipping carriers, weather conditions, etc.).
