 • My name is Diana, and I’m a 

Colombian with a deep passion for cooking and baking. This love took root in my childhood, inspired by my mother, whose desserts turned ordinary days into special moments.

• In 2012, I followed my dream to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I studied culinary arts and professional pastry-making at ISMM. There, I refined my skills and discovered the magic of creating unforgettable experiences through baking. That passion led to Milo’s Bakeshop—a project dedicated to reimagining New York-style cookies with a unique twist: they’re filled! Each cookie is a perfect harmony of textures and flavors, handcrafted with high-quality, carefully selected ingredients.
